Our Problem Resolution Process
The following procedure is established to enhance your concerns and questions on our relationship with you.
Step 1 - Contact Us in Person or by Telephone, Mail Chat or E-mail
Inform us about your problem, issue or concern by using one of the may different processes that we make available to you for contacting us. We will gladly have one of our Customer Service Representative (CSR) respond to your needs.
8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday to Friday by calling 1-877-987-7855. If you prefer to tell us about your problem in writing, you have the following options:

Step 1 - A CSR will work hard to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction first.
Step 2 - Elevation of Your Problem to Customer Service Manager.
If you do not feel that the issues raised are resolved, then we offer to escalate your problem to our Manager of Customer Service who will become involved in the resolution of your problem or concern.
The CSR on the previous step will escalate your problem to the manager of Customer Service.
In our experience thus far, we have never not been able to resolve any issues raised to the satisfaction of the user of our services. We are proud of our standards and record and thrive to keep it that way.
